RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This candidate will be responsible for supporting the catastrophe modeling needs of various underwriting units as well as facilitating the compilation of companywide statistics.
- They will also assist in evaluating the usability and credibility of different catastrophe models


QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 to 4 years cat modeling experience.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database system.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic, or other programming language.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Our mission is to work closely with our underwriters in analyzing and interpreting insurance company data, determining relevant statistics, and communicating the results.
