We have a very urgent requirement for Technical HelpDesk Associates Voice based Process for our client in Mumbi Powai.
Position available: 12
Candidate who are shortlisted will be working on our payrolls and will be deployed @ clients location Mumbi Powai.
Candidates Need to join before 3-June-2010.
Should be a Graduate with minimum of 3 months of outbound experience in International Call Centre Voice Support
Required Skills
• Should be comfortable with working US shifts
• Spontaneous, high drive and result oriented

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experienced with 0.3 months – 1.0 Year month in Technical Voice Support.
Job Description:
• It’s a Semi Technical Voice based process need to support US based customers, 24 7 working cycle, mostly night shift operations.
• Providing support over phone to US based customers on technical/hardware related queries.
• Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
• Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop related issues.
• Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
• Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting.
Pick & drop will be provided by the company.
Interested candidates can attend the interview 4 PM to 6 PM daily.
