RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides quantitative and qualitative analytical analysis for the investment managers overseen by Company Management Group.
- Collect, analyze and aggregate monthly fund performance to produce performance reports.
- Assists with new manager searches/screening and monitoring of manager performance.
- Provides insight/ideas for potential products performs strategic analysis of new investment concepts and market developments.
- Performs competitive analysis assists in contract renewal process for sub-advisors.
- Works with sub-advisors to enhance fund monitoring participates in meetings as needed.
- Handles other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires a Bachelors Degree in an investment/finance-related field.
- Chartered Financial Analyst CFA designation or in the process of completing.
- Knowledge of securities and mutual fund industry the ability to write clearly and concisely in a variety of business-related formats.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines PC proficiency Excel, PowerPoint.
- MBA preferred. Two years investment manager research experience and focus on asset allocation and alternatives preferred.
- Must be available for some travel.
