eFocus Informatix is an IT Services Company founded in 2005 that offers custom application services, staffing solutions, application implementation, software re-engineering and infrastructure management services.

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to work at our Chennai office.

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have 3 years of verifiable contract/full time recruiting experience in US staffing industry
• Prior proven experience in handling more volume of requirements per day
• Work closely with the BDM to submit qualified resumes on time
• Must be able to do technical screening
• Should have good vendor relationship Network
• Use various job boards effectively to identify and recruit qualified candidates
• Proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle
• Must be able to source/submit quality candidates for at least 3 requirements per day
