Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

eFocus Informatix is an IT Services Company founded in 2005 that offers custom application services, staffing solutions, application implementation, software re-engineering and infrastructure management services.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work at our Chennai office. Individual should be able to establish new business relationships, locally and nationally, through targeted sales efforts that generates immediate revenue and profitability for the division.

We are only looking for local Chennai candidates at this time.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the IT Services and Staffing industry
• Must have at least 4 plus years of prior experience in staff augmentation
• Strong existing contacts with Sr. IT Executives and Project Managers in local region
• Responsible for net new revenue every month
• Independently work to achieve sales targets. No dependency on any lead generation mechanism
• Generate sales leads in IT Staffing and place IT professionals
• Influential relationships with business decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies
• Ability to prospect, qualify and capture new business opportunities
• Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts
• Solid and stable career history
