Main responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving booking, revenue and margin targets for the client India & Global targets
Preparing & reviewing quarterly and annual plans for Datacraft’s global business with client
Reviewing pipeline for India and global business
Partner engagement in India and abroad
Lead the sales, professional services and managed services team in India dedicated for the client, in India
Coordination with Regional Media & Communication Coordinator and in-country Client Managers dedicated the client
Streamlining systems & processes for all aspects related to the Client engagement
Ensuring Client Satisfaction globally
Regular updates to the leadership in India and other geographies on the business

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:



Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community globally.
Ability to provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel in the area of expertise
Knowledge of sales & services abilities

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment

Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports

Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
