Generic Work profile
• Provide Level 3 support for e-Business services.
• Maintain complex e-Business hard- and software environment, as directed by TPL/BP support staff. Responsible for scheduled
software changes, problem determination and implementation of corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation and knowledge base data to be used by support personnel.
• Assistance in e-Business related disciplines expertise e.g. security, infrastruc-ture,database
• Installation, migration and upgrade software, including installation off necessary patches.
• Monitoring and trouble shooting trace and alert files if necessary with manufacturer hot-line
• Analysis, problem resolving and/or escalation to next level support of customer and support groups from different vendors.

Experience
Years of Experience :
• 4+ years experience on e-Business systems and providing basic services and support.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, working on web technology WAS,Webserver,.
• 2 years experience using UNIX operating system.
• 2 years experience using Oracle, UDB, UDB EEE relational Database products optional.
• Production environment application support
Mandatory Skills:
• Web Application Server with load balancing and SSL Accelerator Websphere 6.
• Experience in planning and managing operational procedures from the Web application environment
• Experience in the computer center operation of Web applications with the emphasis on application operations for large international environments 2 Years
• Experience in analyzing technical problems in the Web environment
• Experience in analyzing TCP/IP networks and TCP/IP-based protocols in-depth
• In depth know-how in Unix Operating Systems AIX, Solaris and Windows.
• Experience in estimating risks in the operational environment, initiate suitable measures
• Experience in coordinating and preparing recurring administrative activities eg., deployment
• Experience in consultation for service levels
• Experience in coordinating and managing operational procedures
• Experience in creating and managing documents
• Experience in planning and allocating tasks
• Programming know-how in at least one procedural or object-oriented programming language
• Scripting language Shell/Jython
• Training course ITIL Foundation
Desirable:
• SingleSignOn Solutions e.g. CA Siteminder
• Certification in WAS 6. must for relevant experience < 3 years
• Certificated in ITIL Foundation V3
• Eexperience using Oracle or DB2 database
