REGIONAL COORDINATOR - LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY

: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



01 Institute, drive and administer facts gathering, investigation and management reporting processes pertaining to ( loss of ) Labour Productivity at project sites in the region on daily, weekly and monthly basis, through a team comprising of Area Coordinators and Site Observers.


02 List instances and report on daily basis the extent of labour manhours lost, generally and workfront wise, alongwith all particulars including apparent supervisory and the root causes, for all project sites in the region.


03 Summarise and report on weekly and monthly basis the extent of labour manhours lost, project site wise and overall for the region, including loss categorisation by causal factor type and factor family type, and further analyses according to such pertinent criteria as to facilitate understanding, exception highlighting and cause redressal.


04 Interact effectively with Regional Head and other senior Management personnel to present prevailing negative labour administration / supervision processes and productivity factors, to conduct specific labour productivity studies on management demand, to discuss special reports, and to be a part of specific or generic labour productivity improvement decisions and measures.


05 Guide and train staff, and assess their performance from time to time, in order to equip the team members with improved skills and to enable them to better discharge their responsibilities.


REQUIREMENT : MBA ( HR / PROJECT MGT ) with 5 – 8 years of relevant experience and exposure
OR BE / B TECH with 7 – 10 years of relevant experience and exposure.
