Experienced Software Engineer for UK Based IT Company

Job Description Must have hands-on development experience In ASP.NET with .net 3.5, 2.0.
Strong knowledge of AJAX with hands-on development experience
Good working knowledge on Secured messaging (Synchronous / Asynchronous) in case of Web services
OO Analysis and Design, UML (Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc)
Thorough understanding and application of design patterns
Experience playing a Senior-Level role on large, complex development projects:

Must have hands-on development experience In writing Stored Procedures and functions on SQL Server 2005
Experience in using XML and XSLT
Experience in debugging JavaScript issues
Work with business analysts in understanding new requirements
Project Management skills
Desired Profile Working knowledge in .NET 3.5 Framework (WCF, WPF) and WS* specification are added advantages
Conceptual knowledge on BI tools like SSIS.
Have very good knowledge of database concepts.
Experience in converting functional/non-functional requirements into Technical requirements.
Understands and develops best practices for design, development in Microsoft environment
