Sr Manager HR for a leading BPO

Client: A Leading name in the IT/ ITES industry
Edun: MBA / 2 yrs PG in HR
Experience: Above 9 years (2 years of managerial exp.)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to Center Head & Corporate Head – HR


Job Profile: The candidate would be responsible for end to end HR which includes Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement / Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Labour Law Compliances & HR policies Implementation etc.

Requirement
• The candidate must have 8+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in managerial position.
• BPO / ITES / IT / Retail industry experience of large set up is essential.
• He should be able to lead a team
• Experience in managing HR related aspects in large organisations
