Marketing and Sales Principle
Responsibilities include:
Implement Corporate forward integration and vertical marketing system,
Responsible for all Business development activities
Coordinate and implement market, pricing and sales strategies,
Brand management including brand development utlizing among others, various aspects of Integrated marketing communications (IMC), and intermediaries. Additionally, work on the Redapple services brand and Redapple services value image determining the level of complexity or uncertainty of the purchase, including perceived risk.
Working with the company managing partners from entrepreneurial phase to organizational phase working on towards stability, networking, growth & globalization of the company.

Must be visionary with ability to see the bigger picture with the management hierarchy & employees of the company and company goals.
Must be charismatic with ability to handle crisis, confusion, and uncertainty and take hold of any situation. Also have management skills of motivating employees, creativity, knowledge of emerging technologies, information & dynamic economy.
Prior experience in managing cross-functional work groups
Ability to work in a start-up environment is mandatory
