Sr.Php Developer/ Developer

Position: Developer/Sr. Developer (PHP)
Location: Chandigarh
Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain web applications, websites using PHP/MySQL.
 Design & maintain My SQL Databases & tables.
 Understand, analyze & modify existing popular open source scripts.
 Define standards and guidelines for design and development.
 Demonstrate excellent skills in Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP programming (LAMP), AJAX and OS Commerce.
 Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly.
 Taking client conferences for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and project related discussions.
Requirements:
 Experience in the following technologies - Linux, Java, PHP, MVC Architecture, Web Services, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, XML, AJAX etc. knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset.
 Should have relevant experience of managing a portal or should have been important team member of any major portal.
 Should have leadership skills and be able to lead a team of people with different skill sets.
 Should have excellent command over written and spoken English.
 Should have 2-3 years experience.
