Procurement Engineers in refinery projects

We are looking out for Engineers having 4 to 5 years ( or more ) in
Procurement & Expediting functions related to Refinery projects.
Work process will include vendor identification, floating enquiries,
scrutiny of offers, techno-commercial offer evaluation, price
comparision
and recommendation for order placement etc. Knowledge of commercial
aspects
of project procurement ( such as taxes/duties, terms of payment,
guarantees,
penalties etc ) is essential
.
