CIRCLE MARKETING SERVICES HEAD

L2 level , DGM position and would be reporting to GM- Sales and Marketing .All the entire Marketing Team will be reporting into him.
LOCATION: CHENNAI /COIMBATORE (2) -(ONLY FROM GSM COMPANIES ) -MBA OR PG DIPLOMA with 12-15 yrs of experience in GSM company.

Job Profile:

• Overall custodian of the Brand Equity in the geography: Protecting and enhancing the Brand equity at every customer touch point in the circle- including all points of sale (WWs, WWEs, and other retail) in all forms of media and at every customer service point.
•
Support RIM business head in developing a) strategy for customer acquisition b) strategy for enhancing ARPU of both retail & corporate customers. Support the Postpaid & Prepaid Business heads in implementation of this strategy. This will be achieved through-
• Generating consumer insights and competitive market intelligence used for circle business decision making
• Supporting RIM business head in drawing up AOP and product wise
segment wise targets
on the basis of circle demographics & market potential
• Leading the development and implementation of all forms of communication (ABL- Press radio outdoor. BTL-collateral DM promos events) -directed at prospective consumers corporate and trade.
• Leading the Development of a robust market activation plan (including retail consumer promotions tactical trade promos and corporate promotions)
• Leading the development & suggested launch of new segmented products (like new tariff plans) to counter competition
