EDUCATION: MBA or PGDBM in Human Resources is a must.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
5-6 years prior experience in Human Resource in a Service Industry, Retail or a BPO; Awareness of HR policies, systems and procedures such as Appraisal/Payroll Reconciliation/Recruitment would be beneficial. Excellent track record during past work experience; Stability in previous jobs; Demonstrated coordination skills in prior employment

SKILLS Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows 98/95/2000/XP) and knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Primary purpose of the position: Window of the HR Department to the Operations floor for a Cluster (Barclays/TP), ensure effective implementation of all HR processes across the Cluster; devise improvement initiatives to improve processes within the cluster.
Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:
Routine- Interface between the HR and the Customer/ Process owners in Operations. Responsible for regular interaction with the Process Owners to understand their expectations.
Responsible for Inducting new employees joining the process at Senior Management Levels
Ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives across Processes such as POF, Open Forums & PMS, E-SAT surveys, etc.
To ensure prescribed coverage of employees’ through HR forums for all processes in the cluster; and devise action plans to address issues/ concerns raised by the team
To ensure effective implementation of IJP process across processes; to be a part of the IJP panel for selection of candidates
Ensure refresher training are conducted regularly on HR policies for both agents and Team Leaders
Assist the L & D team in the implementation of STEP / LEAD initiatives
To ensure efficient handling of Confirmation process and cases on EDP
To ideate around the Engagement activities for the floor and ensure that the same are conducted as per the calendar published on monthly/quarterly basis
Ensure all queries, grievances and escalations across processes are resolved within committed timelines; conduct Investigation in Employee grievance/ disciplinary cases and give out DAP to employees found in violation of process/ company policies post inquiry.
Responsible for supporting Operations in controlling attrition; ensure prescribed coverage of employees in exit Interviews and ensuring that the findings of the Exit Interviews for resigned employees are shared with operations on timely basis, separation trends identified and action plan devised to address key drivers of attrition.
Assist in development of policies and procedures to ensure staff retention.
Meeting all MSA compliances for the processes within the cluster
To be accessible when any employee has any grievance that requires HR intervention
Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within a team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper follow-up of the same
To assist in PCMM implementation initiatives for the Organization
