Mature individual with 7-8 years of well grounded experience in HR function

Manage entire HR department for 300+ employees

Responsible for Handling entire HR function for Company Set up all HR processes like appraisals, employee motivation and engagement models, payroll, vacation policy,exit interviews

Must have- MBA with HR specialization from Tier 1 B School

Excellent communication skills

Basic Salary - Rs 900000 - Rs 1200000 L/A

Years of Experience - 7+ to 10 years
Management Experience Required -Yes
