ob Profile

* Proactively conduct research in the market/industry, understand competition and familiar with market places
* Sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, Internet searches and research. 'Work with Business leaders and employees to increase Employee referrals.
* 'Develop/implements creative ways to source and recruit candidates
* 'Interview and recruit media and functional positions
* Develop and Maintain MIS
* Work closely with the line managers and provide a comprehensive recruitment & selection solution / support across the organization.
* Taking care of Manpower Planning, job descriptions, strategy about recruitment source & process.
* Handling large volume of Recruitment from Middle Level to Senior Level Engineers, Management etc.
* Fulfillment of the requirements, head-hunting the candidate, co-ordination with the candidate.
