*Candidate must be (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institute with a relative experience in recruitment For OIL/ GAS / PETROLEUM/PETRO-CHEMICAL/REFINERY.
*Must have hands on experience of minimum 4yrs to scout, screen and shortlist candidates in all
disciplines for OIL and Gas OR PETROLEUM OR PETRO –CHEMICAL OR REFINERY projects.
*Manage region specific resourcing requirements
* Advice and support project /department resourcing needs like for OIL and Gas OR PETROLEUM OR PETRO –CHEMICAL OR REFINERY projects.
* Select and drive appropriate media for recruitment campaigns
* Review and short-list resumes to produce candidate selection list
* Conduct salary/rate negotiate with potential candidates
* Support bid/tender processes as per business requirement
* Manage employees referral program
* Support re-deployment of employees
* Advice management on resources best practice ,company policy, statutory provision and
other applicable matters.
