Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description of Requirement: You will be primarily involved in doing
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING
type of work. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of
executive-search projects, including contacting people in North America over
the telephone and building relationships with them. You will interview them
about their career history, and help them review their future goals. Your
primary challenge will be to proactively call (over telephone) people in
major American cities (like New York, Detroit, Boston, Chicago,Philadelphia,
etc.), acquire their resumes, learn about their careers and work history,
and discover if they are open to changing jobs. Your goal is
to work with Sterling-Hoffman's team in North America to fill job openings
in American cities with American workers.
