Vice President Real Estate Bangalore (India)

The incumbent will head the projects implementation and all construction/civil activities on a pan India basis which shall include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in related area required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 15-20 years relevant experience of handling large projects including housing and multistoried buildings in reputed organizations.
- Conceptualizing the project/development along-with the business development team
- Lead the design and development of corporate-wide, scalable partnership programs that allow the company to increase its competitive advantage in all of its markets, improve customer acquisition and loyalty, and make it easier for a wide variety of partners to work constructively with the company in a programmatic and scalable fashion.
- Handling large projects including housing and multistoried buildings.
- Lead in Design Concepts of one/ various projects
- Expert in handling & dealing with External Technical Partners.
- Proactively lead in the tendering process for appointment of services/civil contractors for the projects.
- Value Engineering Audit.
- Technical Norms & Standard Design.
- Monitoring the construction activity, control on payments/processing contractors’ bill etc for the projects.
- Establish strategic initiatives for large high value client relationships.
- Serve as the senior executive in the company with respect to technology, content and learning application partnerships.
- Setting site teams and monitor multi location sites
- Prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment and re-prioritize resources rapidly.
- Serve as escalation point for issues beyond project team authority; resolves conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues
