POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER - MARKETING

JOB PROFILE

The candidate would be responsible for :
1. Regionalizes Corporate Marketing Plans by adapting them to suit local market needs.

2. Conceptualizes and executes specific promotions programmes that will boost occupancies and price realization i.e.:
a. Conceive and orchestrate large promotional initiatives and plans such as: campaigns, contests,

b. Developing the entire mechanic for the programme and ensuring that staff are informed, equipped and trained for each promotional programme is his responsibility.
c. Will stage all major event promotions and secure prizes for the same through sponsors.
d. Compile and analyze the impact of promotional initiatives;

3. Plans and supervises the activities of the Local Marketing programmes and works as key contact


4. Responsible for generation, maintenance & renewal of non-ticket and concession revenue through local marketing partners, institutional sales, and advertising revenues. Will also identify, and develop new sources of revenue from Marketing Partners.

5. Manages and tracks Day Wise Revenue, Occupancy and Customer Service Levels so as to establish performance benchmarks for the unit

6. Monitors and owns the Customer Service Programme-Loyalty, Complaints Enquiries and other CRM

7. Maintaining customer relationships would extend to acquiring new loyalty programme members, organizing guided tours for special interest groups and VIPs, and dealing with special event requests from VIPs.

8. Supervising the operations of the call center, online ticket booking and customer relations

9. Creation of all in-house graphics and advertising specifically planned to boost unit level occupancies over a short period; e.g. Visual Merchandising, Promotional Signage’s, Customer Response Cards, Tent Card for short term concessions promos, etc

10. Tracking of performance of competition and tracking the profile of customers. Proactively responding to changes in the environment and market needs that can be exploited to generate higher business.

11. Execution of Advertising Created from Corporate Office for Outdoor, Local Press and Radio, and Direct Mail programmes. Maintains high visibility at all key Youth Potential Venues like colleges, partner establishments and important residential areas

12. Developing strong local alliances with Corporate Partners that have upscale customers who can be converted into Patrons.

13. Working in conjunction with Central Marketing in the elaboration of various promotional strategies and plans

14. Conduct local market research and Provide market analysis and forecasts

To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

DESIRED PROFILE

Traits: Pleasant personality, Hard working, flexible, friendly, mature and well groomed.

Qualifications: University Graduate, MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

Age: 26 – 30 yrs.

Special Skills: Convincing and able to sell, Capable of event management; Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; Creative; Analytical; Fluent in English, Local language and Hindi.

Work Experience: 4-6 years background in marketing and product management. Must have handled a mass communication role in the past.
