Electrical Engineer

Qualifications: Ideal candidates shall have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in design and specification of electrical low voltage facilities related to the Oil & Gas, Refinery and/or Petrochemical Industries. The candidate should possess an up-to-date knowledge of Industry and International Codes and Standards. You must be used to working in a multidiscipline project team environment.

Job Description: The candidate should have an ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and strong communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English. The job will be based in Dubai and will involve assistance in the development of equipment specifications and material requisitions for switchboards, generators, motors, UPS systems and other required electrical equipment. The candidate shall review suppliers' quotations and assist in bid evaluations. The candidate shall liaise with other discipline groups as necessary.
