Consulting Approach • We apply a systematic management consulting approach to executive and company Searches • Normally we charge a success-based fee of 15 % of the gross annual Package Offered to the selected incumbent. • Any statutory dues as and when applicable will be extra. • We replace any selected candidate, who leaves the employment within three months of joining, without any extra charges.
