Mr.Srinivas has to his credit twenty-two years of in-depth experience in diverse professions. He started his career as HR professional in 1983 and later moved on to Marketing, as a part of multi functional exposure in M/s. Hoechst Pharmaceuticals, a reputed German MNC. Being highly successful, he occupied senior position in marketing at different locations. After a decade he made a conscious move into academics. Mr.Srinivas during his seven year stint in academics served as Associate Professor, teaching HR & General Management papers in reputed college affiliated to Osmania University & later as a Consulting faculty in Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), a reputed college for practising managers. During his tenure at ASCI he had an enriching experience of handling successfully several major consulting assignments. Mr.Srinivas joined back Corporate HR in a reputed Birla organization at Hyderabad, M/s Hyderabad Industries Limited, a leading player in Construction industry & served successfully for around six years. There he had handled all aspects of HR viz., recruitment, training, performance management system, conducting organization development intervention etc. Enriched with this diverse exposure, he has commissioned NETWORK 369. Fellow networkers comprise a group of highly qualified successful senior professionals covering the entire gamut of industrial activity in India. Collectively the team has more than hundred years of experience in a wide range of functions viz., HR, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing & Change management.
