Dolphin Data Base even though very young has received a good response and can lay claim to some very interesting CVs for the junior and middle level placements,in the area of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource development, Call Centers, Engineering, Hospitality, Travel and tourism etc. Dolphin Data Base has tied up with other placement Companies, to enable us to broaden the base for placements. Dolphin Data Base sets a basic standard by interviewing condidates before recommending them to placement Companies .Each condidate places his or her CV free of charge .All remuneration is collected from the Company where the condidate has been placed.A personal information fform is filled and sent along with a photograph and CV to the company to avoid any mix up. We charge a fee equivalent to 15 days salary from the call centers/companies which employs uor condidate and this fee is payable within one month of the condidate being appointed . Dolphin Data Base hopes to go far , eventually leading to Senior Level placements.
